The Attribute Index™

A series of assessment tools which will enable you to find, develop and retain the very best talent possible. They will help you to identify problem areas in employees and thus prevent poor performance, poor morale, inevitable turnover and associated expenses. They are ideal for Succession Planning.

It has been predicted that by the year 2010 there will be 10 million more jobs in the US than there are people to fill them. The McKinsey report calls it “The War for Talent”. Canada will certainly face a similar employment crisis in the future.

The Attribute Index™ series is based on based on the work of Dr. Robert S. Hartman and Formal Axiology.

What is Axiology?

Axiology is the science that studies the patterns our minds use when we think. It looks at the root cause behind why we act and think as we do. Formal Axiology has been validated in more than 20 separation validation studies, by 19 separate institutions over the past 30 years. It has been proven to be valid, reliable, and predictably accurate. By measuring how someone thinks, we can predict whether they will do something.
